About North Jrs Volleyball
NJVA is a not-for-profit organization established to foster the girls’ volleyball program in the area of Independent School District 622, which is within the boundaries of North St. Paul High School. This includes the communities of North St. Paul, Maplewood, Lake Elmo and Oakdale.
The Association exists to fulfill the girls’ volleyball needs of the community and is the primary advocate of the Junior program.
The Association supports good sportsmanship and the sound development of volleyball fundamentals within the community to ensure that the girls participating in the program will have a positive and rewarding experience that will maximize personal and team growth.
The Association requires quality coaching and provides an atmosphere for learning volleyball skills for both coaches and players.
The Association sponsors membership in appropriate leagues to encourage quality competition.
