PLAYER FEES:

A deposit of the player fee is required prior to being allowed to tryout.  This can be paid below using a Debit/Credit card or by cash at the day of try-outs.  
NJVA IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING CHECKS. 

**NOTE:  In some cases, a player may be placed on a team that is above her current age level based on ability.  If this happens and there is a difference in team fee, the parent will have the opportunity to accept or decline the team placement.  If the placement is accepted, the deposit difference will be due.

 

  •    CLUB:
       11 and Under Team   $185.00  (Payment in full is due prior to try-outs    )
       12 and Under Team   $480.00  (A deposit of $300.00 is due prior to try-outs)
       13 and Older Teams  $600.00  (A deposit of $300.00 is due prior to try-outs)   
     
  •    ELITE:
       13 and Older Teams   $675.00  (A deposit of     $300.00 is due prior to try-outs)  

          

P A Y M E N T S

The North Juniors program is committed to providing players with a club experience at an affordable cost. The program relies on timely payment of team fees to run efficiently. Please review NJVA's payment policies and plans carefully.

  • Try-out fees must be received prior to or at the time of try-outs. Participants will not be allowed to try-out if this fee has not been recieved.
  • Whenever possible, team fees should be payed in full by the parent meeting. This helps ensure that there are funds available to register teams for tournaments, which is done prior to the start of the season.
  • NJVA does provide payment plan options if needed. Families choosing to take advantage of a payment will be required to submit post-dated checks in the amounts specified in the payment plan agreement. NJVA payment plans are listed below.
  • Non-payment or late payment of fees can result in removal or suspension from the program.

 

Payment Plan Options:

Option 1: Pay in Full
This is the preferred method of payment and is available for all teams. The required deposit at the time of try-outs and the remaining balance due at the parent meeting. This is the only payment option available for 11 and Under teams.

Option 2: Two Payments
This option is available for 12U - 16U teams. The required deposit at the time of try-outs with the remaining balance due by January 31, 2015. Credit card information for the remaining balance is required at the parent meeting.

Option 3: Three Payments
This option is available for families that have two or more players participating in the North Junior's program. The required deposit at the time of try-outs with the final balance split into two equal monthly installments. Credit card information for the remaining balance is required at the parent meeting.

Payment Methods:

For our members' convenience, we are providing the option to complete their agreed upon installment payments using a PayPal account. If you choose to complete installment payments through PayPal, it must be completed prior to the date agreed upon.
